This role drives employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent initiatives while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations Lead investigations and resolve complex workplace issues Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage & hour) Manage leaves of absence and HR processes end-to-end Support hiring, onboarding, and talent decisions Analyze HR metrics to drive business improvements Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives Provide HR support across a 24/7 manufacturing operation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of progressive HR experience (employee relations focus) Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance Experience with investigations, performance management, and leave administration Bilingual (Spanish) required Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Strong communication, judgment, and confidentiality skills
