Responsibilities Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company platforms. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Help maintain employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist with organizing HR events and employee engagement activities. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assisting in New Hire Paperwork & I-9 Management. Manage the company Communication and Engagement Plan. Support internal and external HR audits by gathering records, validating documentation, and tracking corrective actions. Assist with collection, analysis, and reporting of production labor hours. Maintain HR KPI trackers and assist with monthly and weekly reporting and Create Excel reports, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to support HR decision-making. Manage confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlines. Eagerness to learn about HR sourcing, change management, project coordination, and strategic planning processes.
