Job Description

Now Hiring:
On-Site/Staffing Coordinator for Pomona, CA! Join our team and support day-to-day staffing operations directly at the client site. If you re organized, proactive, and great with people, we want to meet you!
Job Title:
On-Site/Staffing Coordinator Schedule:
8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM, with availability to be on call for weekends
Pay Rate:
$19.00 per year

Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex Pay, Paid Holidays, Telemedicine, Bereavement, Paid Sick Leave Job Purpose The Staffing/On-Site Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the client and the Full Steam Staffing HR Department. This role ensures strong communication, employee relations, and efficient operational support. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact between the client and staffing office.

Attend daily staffing meetings and fulfill personnel requirements.

Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor employee performance and handle disciplinary actions when appropriate.

Manage daily time and attendance, including missing in/out reports.

Process payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support business development by maintaining a strong working relationship with the client.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and programs.

Assist HR with investigations, employee complaints, and EEOC matters.

Oversee temporary associates and supervise daily activities.

Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews;provide recommendations for improvement.

Perform daily safety checks and support safety initiatives directed by the Safety Director.

Track compliance for new hires, pay ranges, and onboarding documentation.

Facilitate clear, proactive communication with all employee levels.

Be available for on-call and weekend coverage as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum RequirementsMinimum 1 year of On-Site Coordinator or Supervisory experience preferred.

Experience in recruiting (temporary & direct hire), payroll, benefits administration, labor/employee relations, and safety/workers compensation, ideally in a warehouse or production environment.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred must be able to read, write, and speak both languages at a professional level.

Reasoning & Leadership SkillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate in a fast-paced setting.

Understanding of distribution center operations.

Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 10 lbs.

Frequent sitting and computer work.

Occasional stair climbing.
