The role will focus on employee onboarding, compensation, and benefits, Manage new hire onboarding process, Employee support with the benefits administrator and benefit matters. The ideal candidate will have a desire to be helpful, possess a proactive approach to issues, display strong emotional intelligence, be a self-starter, provide great customer service to staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Three to five years progressive HR experience at the generalist level, with hands-on ownership of benefits, leave administration, and employee relations.

California employment law knowledge.
Workday proficiency.
Demonstrated comfort conducting employee relations investigations independently.
Strong Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint skills.
