Job Description

Pacific Staffing is recruiting an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst for a respected Sacramento-area organization known for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a highly technical HRIS professional with deep Oracle HCM expertise who excels in system configuration, functional support, reporting, and process improvement. Candidates who enjoy leading complex system initiatives and partnering with senior leadership will thrive here. The Senior HRIS Analyst provides strategic planning, technical expertise, and project leadership for HR systems. Under limited supervision, this role analyzes business needs, recommends system direction, and supports both new and existing HR, payroll, risk, and training applications. The position requires advanced Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion experience and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. 100% Remote — candidates may reside in
CA, AZ, NV, or NM Pay Range:
$110,000 - $150,00/Year (DOE) plus bonus Key Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion configuration across HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits).Provide functional and technical support, including issue resolution and system troubleshooting.

Create and manage Oracle Service Requests; oversee system configurations and enhancements.

Develop and modify reports using
OTBI, BI
Publisher, and other reporting tools.

Manage production support, security, code tables, audit procedures, and data integrity.

Partner with senior management to recommend HR system strategy and improvements.

Coordinate cross-functional projects, testing, documentation, and user training. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of functional and/or technical Oracle HCM support experience.
Required:
Advanced experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion across multiple functional areas.

Experience with HR modules: Payroll, Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits.

Experience creating Oracle Service Requests and managing system configurations.

Report development experience (OTBI, BI Publisher) strongly preferred.

Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formulas.

Bachelor's degree in business, information services, or related field.
