Our success is driven by the dedication of our employees, and we are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about supporting a productive, safe, and positive workplace. Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist will support all aspects of human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and performance management. This role serves as a key partner to employees and management, helping ensure a highly engaged workforce while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Staffing Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, maintenance, administrative, and leadership positions. Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring activities. Manage onboarding and new hire orientation programs. Maintain relationships workforce development organizations. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Assist managers with employee coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Support employee recognition and retention initiatives. HR Administration Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Administer benefit enrollments and employee leave programs. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company policies. Support payroll-related processes and coordinate with payroll providers. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with workplace investigations and policy enforcement. Support OSHA compliance initiatives and safety programs. Participate in audits and maintain required HR records. Training & Development Coordinate employee training programs and compliance requirements. Track training completion and maintain records. Assist with performance review processes and employee development plans. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Experience Recruiting for skilled trades, maintenance, production, and manufacturing positions. Working in multi-shift manufacturing environments. Supporting employee relations and workforce development initiatives.
