Pay Range:

$32/hr - $33/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 complex HR Operations cases, primarily related to US onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. Act as a subject matter expert for complex onboarding scenarios, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant resolutions. Analyze case trends, identify root causes, and recommend process or system improvements. Serve as a key subject matter expert for US I-9 processes and compliance, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and requirements. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams to address I-9-related matters and compliance risks. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Client HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and utilize the platform to manage complex HR cases. Provide operational support across Global Mobility and employee onboarding processes. Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor HR Operations performance and compliance status. Independently manage targeted projects and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

6-8 years of relevant HR Operations experience, preferably within a global organization. Strong hands-on experience with HR onboarding processes, particularly US onboarding, and expertise in US I-9 processes and compliance. Experience handling Tier 2/Tier 3 HR cases or equivalent complex HR operations escalations. Strong working knowledge of Client HRSD. Good understanding of Global Mobility processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics/reporting. Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage small-to-medium process improvement initiatives. Experience supporting global HR operations. Familiarity with immigration or employment eligibility workflows. Experience participating in HR technology releases or user acceptance testing.
