We're growing, and we're looking for a Driver Recruiting Specialist to join our team at our St Johns headquarters. This role is all about finding and bringing on great independent contractor drivers, so it takes someone with a real customer-service mindset who's great with people and builds trust quickly. As you get up to speed, there's room to grow into broader operations responsibilities. What You'll Do Source, screen, and recruit independent contractor delivery drivers across multiple markets Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries Guide candidates through the onboarding process and keep documentation complete and current Build genuine rapport with prospective and current drivers to keep them engaged through onboarding Track recruiting pipeline and onboarding statuses Partner with the Field Operations team to understand driver coverage needs by market As you come up to speed, take on growing operational responsibilities, such as monitoring driver performance and delivery activity What We're Looking For A genuine customer-service mindset - warm, personable, and quick to build trust with people Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service preferred Strong communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional, whether on the phone or in writing Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple candidates and markets at once Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets; comfort learning new software platforms Ability to work onsite at our St Johns headquarters A team player who's comfortable in a fast-paced, growing logistics environment Why AME Be part of a company that plays a direct role in getting patients their medications and medical supplies on time A clear path to grow from recruiting into broader driver operations responsibilities Collaborative, supportive team environment
