Job Description

Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative functions and facilitating effective employee relations. This position requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the organization's strategic planning and enhance workplace culture through effective communication and support of HR initiatives. Duties Assist in the design and implementation of organizational structures to optimize workforce efficiency. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize ADP for payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management under FMLA guidelines. Utilize Kronos for timekeeping and attendance tracking to ensure accurate payroll processing. Develop and manage social media strategies to promote company culture and job openings effectively. Communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees clearly and effectively. Support strategic planning initiatives by providing insights on workforce trends and needs. Skills Strong knowledge of organization design principles and practices. Proficient in employee relations strategies to foster a supportive workplace environment. Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and regulations. Experience with ADP software for payroll and benefits administration is preferred. Knowledge of Kronos for timekeeping management is advantageous. Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for recruitment purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to employees at all levels. Understanding of FMLA regulations as they pertain to employee leave management. Strategic planning skills that contribute to the overall HR goals of the organization.
