Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Orientation Coordinator to lead the onboarding and integration process for new employees. In this vital role, you will deliver a developed orientation to new CDL drivers to prepare them for their new role. Additonally, the position will be responsible for updating orientation materials as needed and assisting in all aspects of the onboarding process. Engaging orientation programs that foster a welcoming environment and ensure new team members are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed. Your communication skills will play a vital role in this position as most of your time will be utilized leading new hire orientation training. Duties Conduct comprehensive onboarding orientations for CDL drivers. Assist and verifies completion of all onboarding forms including

I-9, DOT

Physicals, DOT Drug Test and related HR and DOT Forms. Deliver engaging employee orientation sessions that cover company policies, DOT Regulations and safety techniques. Set up new drivers in various company required apps such as ELDs, Fuel App, and scanning apps. Conducting Certified Defensive Driving Classes Requirements Experience conducting new hire orientation programs, preferrable with CDL drivers. Demonstrated ability in developing employee training programs in human resources roles with a focus on onboarding and professional development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Pay:

$17.50 - $21.00 per hour
