Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our employees and operations across recruiting, employee relations, HRIS administration, payroll, and compliance. This is a hands-on role for an organized, people-focused HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and working closely with managers and employees. Key Responsibilities Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and hiring events. Partner with Operations and Restaurant Management to identify staffing needs and improve employee retention. Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, job descriptions, and HR files. Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS systems and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date. Support payroll processing, including timesheet review, tips, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and off-cycle payroll. Monitor overtime, employee transfers between locations, and related labor reporting. Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and hiring. Assist with employee relations matters and investigate employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality. Train and support managers on HR processes and HRIS systems. Partner with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate employee and payroll information. Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements. Provide support to the HR Manager and assist with HR projects as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-location environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. High level of discretion when handling confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; ADP, 7shifts/7punches, and Toast preferred. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in supporting employees. Why Join Us? Pay:
$68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
