Job Description:

Human Resources:

Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork: Including background checks Ensuring all new hires attend New Hire Orientation Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked Assisting with disciplinary action

Data Integrity:

Keeping a complete and accurate employee list Correcting missed punches Ensuring PTO requests are in Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll

Insurance:

Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires Assist employees with enrolling through iSolved Answer basic questions regarding the plans Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed Termination process

Business Office:

Responsible for collections in the facility. This includes but is not limited to all private payment collections, co-payment collections, and share of cost collections. Collecting checks or collecting cash from residents or their families. Setting up payment plans for patients who cannot afford to pay their balance up front. Ensuring that patients' insurance is entered correctly and updated consistently as needed.

Assist with new admissions:

Confirm that the admits have insurance and that our facility accepts their insurance. Communicate with residents as to when copays start or are due, ensuring that there are no financial surprises for the patient.
