WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide administrative support for Human Resources operations, ensuring the confidentiality of employee and applicant information Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records Support onboarding processes by handling new hire paperwork, managing employee files, updating the HRIS, and overseeing benefits enrollment Maintain accurate records, reports, and HR documentation Facilitate employee engagement activities, training initiatives, and recognition programs Assist with compliance requirements and ensure adherence to HR procedures Provide professional support to employees, leadership, and various departments across the Center Uphold integrity guidelines while promoting professionalism, accountability, and Career Success Standards
WHAT YOU BRING
High school diploma or equivalent (required) An Associate of Arts degree (preferred) A minimum of two years of experience in human resources (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Human Resources certification (preferred) Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum of two years human resources experience required. Computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications required. Human Resources Certification preferred.
