Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated, customer-focused On-Site Coordinator / Assistant On-Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of one of our on-site staffing programs. This role serves as a key connection between Masis Staffing Solutions, our client, and our workforce by ensuring a positive employee experience, operational excellence, and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with associates, client leadership, and internal recruiting teams. Whether supporting an established operation or helping grow a new account, this position plays an important role in the success of our clients and employees. Come join a team whose culture is built on partnership, accountability, and developing great people. Role & Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the on-site staffing program. Coordinate temporary staffing requests with recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. Monitor daily attendance, call-offs, late arrivals, and shift coverage. Assist with associate check-ins, onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork. Ensure temporary associates report to work on time, are properly assigned, and understand client expectations. Build and maintain positive working relationships with client supervisors, department leaders, and management. Serve as a liaison between temporary associates and client leadership to resolve workplace concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate associate recognition and engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale. Conduct routine employee follow-ups and performance check-ins. Maintain accurate employee records and complete data entry within Masis Staffing Solutions' applicant tracking and workforce management systems. Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements as needed. Review and process employee timecards, missing punches, and payroll documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and recommend process improvements. Support recruiting efforts through employee referrals, community outreach, job fairs, and hiring events. Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and safety standards. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the account. Qualifications Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Experience working in a staffing agency or high-volume workforce environment is a plus but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and multiple computer applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
