The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with employees, and helping ensure operational staffing needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in staffing, and workforce management, while supporting a rapidly growing customer account. Key Responsibilities Support daily on-site staffing operations under the direction of the On-Site Manager. Assist with recruiting efforts including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate staffing requisitions and communicate hiring needs with recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately. Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment requirements. Track attendance, call-offs, punctuality, and associate performance concerns. Verify accurate timekeeping records and assist with payroll processing and associate inquiries. Maintain regular communication with associates and assist with employee relations matters. Serve as a liaison between associates and customer supervisors to help resolve workplace concerns and productivity issues. Conduct floor walks and maintain a visible presence throughout the operation. Coordinate associate engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate reporting, compliance documentation, workforce records, and employee files. Update ATS/CRM systems and maintain accurate employee and applicant data. Help build talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs. Handle incoming associate, applicant, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain strong working relationships with customer leadership and support overall operational goals. Provide excellent customer service to both associates and client leadership. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of staffing, recruiting, workforce management, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or industrial operations preferred. Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole) strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Reliable transportation required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and staffing/recruiting software. High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Additional Notes This position is based on-site in Port Deposit, Maryland, supporting a growing operation that runs on a continuous production schedule. While the initial schedule will primarily support first shift operations, flexibility will be required as the business grows and additional shifts, including weekends, are introduced. We are looking for a hands-on team player who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and creating a positive experience for both associates and customers. This role serves as an extension of both the On-Site Manager and customer leadership team, helping ensure workforce stability, associate engagement, retention, and operational success. The ideal candidate understands that staffing is more than recruiting. Success in this role requires building relationships, maintaining a strong on-site presence, and providing exceptional service to both the customer and workforce. #
