Full-time, on-site opportunity
Salary Range:
$67,000 - $72,000 AnnuallyJob DescriptionThe HR Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leaders and associates within the community by:

Serving as a primary point of contact for associates and managers regarding Human Resources policies, practices, and associate relations matters.

Coordinating and facilitating the new hire onboarding process for employees once they are on-site at the community.

Preparing and conducting new hire orientation programs.

Processing HR-related paperwork and documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Managing associate relations inquiries and supporting resolutions in alignment with Asbury policies and procedures.

Interpreting and applying HR policies, practices, and guidelines as needed.

Tracking key HR metrics and maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal employment regulations.

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department through a variety of administrative responsibilities. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).Minimum of three years of progressive Human Resources experience.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
