$78,795-$94,554 Position Details The Clinton County RESA Office of Innovative Projects has an opening for a full-time Early Learning Partnership Specialist. This position is funded through Section 32p(6)b of the State School Aid Act to serve statewide needs for implementing the early learning partnership system and to assist 56 Intermediate School Districts (ISDs) in implementing the new requirements under Section 32p. The Specialist will support ISDs in implementing local early learning partnerships whose purpose is to create or maintain centralized access points for families, conduct family and community outreach activities, build pediatric referral networks for early detection of developmental delays, implement data collection activities, and utilize data to identify gaps for families and improve systems.
