The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all on-site HR activities. Skills and knowledge will encompass many areas of HR, including employee relations, investigations, payroll, FMLA, Work Comp, recruitment and on-boarding. Under the guidance of the HR Manager, the Generalist will run the daily functions of the department and support management in company initiatives. This position will perform a wide variety of functions as a member of the HR Team, and those duties will include sensitive, confidential matters and will require the appropriate handling of same.

Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Requires three to five years of related experience or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated high proficiency with all programs in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an HRIS database system. On-the-job training may be required.
