Now Hiring:
Staffing Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staffing Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will handle key functions such as recruitment, orientation, and employee placement while ensuring compliance with all employment-related laws and policies. Job Brief The Staffing Coordinator will: Manage a variety of staffing-related tasks including hiring, onboarding, and placement Ensure the company remains compliant with employment regulations Build strong relationships with employees, vendors, and recruiting partners Help maintain a positive, supportive work environment Responsibilities Oversee all staffing needs and company-wide staffing operations Support candidate screening and hiring processes Facilitate post-hire procedures such as relocation and legal documentation Assist with planning and executing orientation and training Develop employee schedules, allocating shifts and positions Manage timekeeping and time-off requests Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations Prepare and submit staffing operation reports Requirements & Skills Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role Experience planning and executing HR functions (onboarding, hiring, etc.) Strong knowledge of legal regulations (EEO, relocation, visa procedures, etc.) Understanding of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable and committed to maintaining confidentiality Certified as a CNA or CMT
