Job Description

The Clinical Recruiting Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our dental practices. Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular locations.

Schedules and conducts interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Distribute reports to determine needs and establish recruitment goals, timelines, and maintain contact throughout the entire recruitment process.

Work closely with the corporate team and office management to develop recruiting strategies.

Post and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data throughout the recruitment process.

Review applications and verifying referencesDevelop recruitment materialsPost vacancies as neededFacilitates a seamless new hire on-boarding process for new hiresCoordinating and tracking pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks, drug screensOrganizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.

Following up with managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a Human Resources related field or equivalent experience.

Previous progressive experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment.

Dental experience a plus!

Strong proficiency in computer applications, ATS platforms, and internet-based recruiting tools.

A proactive, relationship-focused recruiter with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with meaningful clinical career
