Workforce Planning Manager / Director of Operations Position Summary The Workforce Data Analyst is responsible for the management, preparation, and analysis of operational data to support outbound and inbound contact centre campaigns. This role builds and deploys campaign data, performs data scrubbing and validation, monitors campaign performance, and develops comprehensive reporting and insights to drive operational efficiency and business results. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a detailed understanding of workforce planning, campaign management, and contact centre operations. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Campaign Build  Prepare, validate, and upload campaign data into dialing and workforce management systems.  Build and configure outbound campaigns based on client and operational requirements.  Segment, prioritize, and allocate records to maximize campaign effectiveness.  Maintain campaign setup documentation and ensure accurate deployment processes.  Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Data Scrubbing & Quality Assurance  Cleanse, validate, and scrub large datasets to remove duplicates, invalid records, and compliance-sensitive information.  Verify data against suppression lists, Do Not Call (DNC) requirements, and other regulatory guidelines.  Identify data anomalies and implement corrective actions to improve data quality.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data consistency across systems. Performance Monitoring & Analysis  Monitor campaign performance metrics including contact rates, conversion rates, penetration, productivity, and list utilization.  Identify performance trends and provide recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.  Analyze operational data to understand agent productivity, campaign efficiency, and customer engagement.  Investigate and resolve data-related issues impacting operational performance. Reporting & Business Insights  Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting.  Create dashboards, scorecards, and visual performance reports for leadership teams.  Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.  Provide forecasting and trend analysis based on historical and real-time data.  Present findings to operational leaders and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stakeholder Collaboration  Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, IT, Compliance, and Client Services teams to support business initiatives.  Assist in the implementation of new campaigns, reporting requirements, and process improvements.  Support strategic projects through data analysis and reporting. Qualifications & Experience  Post-secondary education in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.  Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, workforce management, or contact centre operations.  Experience working with outbound dialing platforms and campaign management tools is preferred.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.  Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.  Knowledge of SQL and database management is considered an asset.  Strong understanding of contact centre KPIs and operational metrics.
