Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sourcing activities and set up interviews to fill open positions.
  • Complete employee onboarding, orientation, and verifications (i.e. employee eligibility, Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files).
  • Monitor all employee attendance and scheduling.
  • Monitor employee performance (KPI) efficiency and effective output while providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to employees.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, management, and bookkeeping of consumable materials and doing regular inventory, which includes acanners, forklifts, supplies, etc.
  • Resolve any issues raised by team members, to ensure good work environment.
  • Completion of accurate and efficient ADP/Payroll Reports.
  • Screen daily time punches for accuracy on ADP e-time.
  • Prepare weekly payroll-related hour reports for outsourced staffing agencies.
  • Train and enforce employee policies and procedures and keep them updated with all changes of any process or policy addendums.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with HR procedures.
  • Assist with employee compensation and benefit enrollment process, answer employee questions regarding benefits.
  • Provide continuous direction and guidance to all employees.
  • Compose professional email correspondence with other departments and vendors.
  • Help foster a culture of positive employee relations to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal employment laws, and ensure the organization's compliance with these policies and laws.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must. Bachelor's degree preferred. Two plus years of relevant HR experience(recruiting/training/payroll). Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint &Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can pass a 10-panel drug test; No felony record for past 7 years. Has own transportation. Possess strong attention to detail along with strong organizational skills along with being able to multi-task when necessary for various tasks within the company. Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
