Employee Support Specialist $18.55-$20.00/hour, based on experience Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM 5225 Nesconset Highway, Building 6, Suites 30-32, Port Jefferson, NY 11776 All Metro Health Care , a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Employee Support Specialist in Port Jefferson, NY . In this role, you'll provide in-person support and assistance to our employees while helping create a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do:

Support the onboarding process for new hires and help create a smooth, welcoming experience Assist employees with required onboarding documentation, background checks, drug screenings, HR forms, and other onboarding activities Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, training, and professional development activities Educate employees on available benefits and resources, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs Support positive employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns and partnering with HR and operational teams to provide timely support and resolution Partner with HR and operational teams to ensure employees receive the support and resources they need Conduct exit interviews and share feedback with the HR team to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement This role primarily involves seated work with extensive computer and telephone use. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs may be required. What You'll Need:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience 1+ year of Human Resources (HR), employee support, onboarding, or related experience Homecare or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
