Job Description

Bilingual HR Coordinator Location:
Tappan, NY (100% On-Site)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM Pay Rate:
Up to $25/hour
Employment Type:
Full-Time Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their growing Human Resources team in Tappan, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their HR career in a hands-on environment where responsibilities will grow along with your experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn all aspects of Human Resources. Experience with AI tools and technology is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone screens and assist with the interview process Manage interview schedules and maintain calendars Update, format, and maintain job descriptions Provide support with employee relations matters Assist with the implementation of a new payroll system Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations Partner with hiring managers and employees to ensure a positive employee experience Assist with special HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Previous HR, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable learning new systems and technologies Knowledge or interest in AI tools and workplace technology Proficient in

Pay Details:
