Human Resources Generalist Salary:
$55,000 – $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the
Human Resources Generalist:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire administration.
  • Support payroll processing, HRIS administration, and employee record maintenance.
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications.
  • Provide employee relations support and assist with disciplinary and termination documentation.
  • Coordinate training initiatives, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims administration.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
Qualifications for the
Human Resources Generalist:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting and payroll.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems.
