Human Resources Generalist Salary:
$55,000 – $60,000Location:

Human Resources Generalist:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire administration.
- Support payroll processing, HRIS administration, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications.
- Provide employee relations support and assist with disciplinary and termination documentation.
- Coordinate training initiatives, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims administration.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
Human Resources Generalist:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting and payroll.
- Experience working with HRIS systems.
