Learn more about us at www.safesecurehealthcare.com What You'll Do Human Resources Administration Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters. Maintain employee records and personnel files while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee transitions. Monitor and respond to the HR email inbox promptly and professionally. Support compliance efforts through personnel file audits, documentation reviews, and reporting. Maintain employee databases and HRIS records. Assist with HR reports, workforce metrics, and data tracking. Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and special HR projects. Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare and support staff positions. Create and post job advertisements on Indeed, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirements. Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruitment activities as needed. Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive healthcare markets. Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and hiring outcomes. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Administrative experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or HR software. Healthcare, home healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities experience. Proficiency in Paylocity, Connecteam, Brittco a plus. Experience recruiting for healthcare, caregiving, or direct support professional (DSP) positions. What Makes You Successful You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
