Robert Half is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist with 3-5 years of human resources experience to support day-to-day HR operations and help drive key people initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting support, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, and programs Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries Partner with managers on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially Assist with performance management processes, including reviews, documentation, and follow-up Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies Prepare HR reports, metrics, and other documentation as needed Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or similar human resources role Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements Experience with employee onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS, recruitment, and performance management Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday is a plus Apply online today!
