Location:
Scranton, PA Pay Range:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type:
Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an organized, proactive, and personable Field Service Coordinator (FSC) to join our home care agency in Scranton, PA. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our care team and ensuring smooth client admissions. Your primary focus will be managing new client intakes, as well as recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Caregivers (CGs).
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring:
Conduct outreach, screen candidate applications, and lead interviews for HHAs, Caregivers, and direct care staff.
Onboarding & Compliance:
Process new hire paperwork, run background checks, verify credentials, and host orientation sessions to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Client Intakes:
Manage initial client inquiries, complete intake evaluations, and collect necessary care information to establish client profiles.
Field & Office Support:
Coordinate caregiver schedules, match appropriate caregivers to client care plans, and provide ongoing operational support to ensure high quality of care. Qualifications Prior experience in home care, healthcare operations, recruiting, or intake coordination preferred. Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills with a knack for identifying top caregiving talent. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage compliance documentation. Familiarity with home care scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($18-$20/hr based on experience). Paid time off and holiday pay.
