Staffing Coordinator Steel City Home Staging West Mifflin, PA Job Details Contract $20 - $25 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Moving Driver's License Presentation skills Door-to-door Instagram Full Job Description Staging Coordinator Steel City Home Staging & Design, Pittsburgh, PA 1099 Contractor averaging 34 -36 hours per week Steel City Home Staging & Design stages homes for homeowners, realtors, and investors across Allegheny County. We're a growing company, and we're looking for one person to keep the operation running day to day: client projects, scheduling, sales, and staging homes with our team. This job has a lot of moving parts. It's physical, and the schedule changes often. If you like fast-paced work and want to grow with a startup, we want to hear from you. The role Clients and sales Be the main point of contact for clients, from first inquiry through the end of their contract Sell our services with confidence, and turn inquiries into bookings Handle clients professionally and escalate issues responsibly Make confident visits to clients & present our services, and do weekly outreach Visit properties for walk-throughs and take documentation Send consult follow-ups promptly Coordination Build the weekly company schedule and plan your own week Keep schedules, paperwork, and follow-ups on track Answer the company inbox promptly Collect and follow up on client payments Staging Stage and destage homes with the team, and lead installs Prepare and check each load before install day Track destages, and record the condition of returned items Run errands and shop for staging needs Log and maintain inventory Team, warehouse and properties Train stagers and hold the team to company standards Source and interview stager candidates Keep the warehouse, truck, and inventory organized and accurately tracked Track branded materials and supplies, and flag when they need restocking or updating Take responsibility for locking and unlocking client properties, the warehouse, and for setting alarms Media and social Capture photos and video on site Post to Instagram on a weekly schedule Recommend properties for professional photo shoots About you Confident, and comfortable selling and presenting A self-starter who leads without being told, and who also takes direction and works well on a team Organized and reliable, with follow-through; you build systems instead of relying on reminders Eager to work hard and grow with a young company, and understand what that takes Adaptable when plans and schedules change An eye for design; staging or interior design experience is a plus Comfortable with social media Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Trustworthy with property access, keys, and alarm codes Physical requirements Regularly lift and carry up to 75lbs Move furniture up and down stairs and through tight spaces Be on your feet and active for full days Work in a range of conditions, including vacant homes, warehouses, and weather To apply Email with: A portfolio of any design projects Your job history Mood boards for three rooms: a living room, a dining room, and a primary bedroom.
