OT Required Job Description:

The On-Site Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between warehouse associates, staffing operations, and on-site management. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day workforce needs of a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment while ensuring associates receive consistent communication, guidance, and support. The On-Site Coordinator will assist with employee onboarding, attendance tracking, staffing needs, associate relations, and general workforce coordination. This individual will maintain regular communication with warehouse leadership regarding staffing levels, employee performance, call-outs, schedule changes, and other workforce needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, professional, and comfortable working directly with employees and management in a busy warehouse environment. This role requires someone who can balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on employee support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. On-Site Coordinator - Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer systems Ability to maintain accurate employee, attendance, and staffing records Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally Reliable attendance, punctuality, and schedule flexibility Ability to communicate effectively with associates, supervisors, and management Other duties as needed/required by management On-Site Coordinator - Qualifications Strong interpersonal and employee-relations skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing staffing needs Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Professional and approachable when assisting employees and client leadership Ability to track attendance, call-outs, tardiness, and employee performance concerns Comfortable conducting employee check-ins, orientations, and onboarding activities Ability to assist with recruiting, interviewing, and placement needs when necessary Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the staffing and warehouse teams Previous experience working with temporary or contingent employees is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is required
