DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIESDirect all phases of employment including advertising, recruiting, interviewing, testing, placement of personnel, orientation programs, exit interviews, and unemployment compensation hearingsAdminister all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD, LTD, FMLA and vacationServe as primary source of contact to managers, employees, and legal counsel on all human resource related mattersMaintain and administer all HR reports and records as required by state and federal lawsMaintain and update personnel filesMaintain confidentiality of employee and candidate informationCompute, post, and maintain reports related to employee leave and absenteesProcess biweekly payrollComply with company policies and proceduresOrganize and communicate employee programsMaintain manning chartAdditional duties as assigned by management
