Job Description

We are hiring an HR Generalist in Grafton, WI. This is an addition to a growing HR team at a successful manufacturer. You will be focused on recruiting and employee relations amongst other HR responsibilities. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Recruitment of production employees Employee Relations Partnering with Supervisors to support employees Implement HR initiatives and ensure Safety at the facility
Requirements:

Pay Details:
