Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various HVAC roles, including technicians, installers, and support staff Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and industry contacts Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies Manage the entire hiring process, from posting job descriptions to extending offers Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system

Skills and Qualifications:
