Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the recruiting and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in collecting missing or expired licenses from staff.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Support employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns.
• Support HR with any additional processes needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an HR assistant or coordinator role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
