KP Staffing is now hiring a bilingual recruiter to help build our growing team in our new Peoria location. We are a 3rd generation, family-owned and operated staffing company. This role will be recruiting and managing accounts primarily for companies in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We are growing, taking on new challenges. So we are looking for someone outgoing, good at multitasking, and who enjoys working with and helping people! Pay:

$45k

Weekly Schedule:

Our normal schedule is Monday

•Friday from 8:00 AM

•5:00 PM We give a 1-hour lunch break On occasion, our recruiters will do check-ins that can start before 8 AM. When we are busy, there will be some opportunity to get overtime.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Visiting our clients regularly to better understand their needs Checking new employees in on job sites Advertising our job openings on job boards and social media Connect and encourage our current workforce to refer friends who may be a good fit Greeting and assisting candidates coming in to apply for those jobs and conducting interviews with these candidates Assisting with any data entry or filing that comes with each new hire Calling candidates from job boards to encourage them to come in for an interview Requirements You must be outgoing and friendly At least one year of recruiting experience Be able to speak English and Spanish fluently A willingness to learn and adapt
