Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, establish recruitment strategies, and create effective job postings. Coordinate all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection. Manage offer preparation, negotiations, background checks, and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Ensure recruiting activities comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Hilton Grand Vacations' culture, values, and employment opportunities. Monitor recruiting trends, best practices, and key performance metrics to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
