This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting or HR professional who enjoys working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams in a fast-paced, professional environment. This assignment is expected to run through the end of the year, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit candidates for the company's 2027 College Internship Program. Post, update, and manage job advertisements on social media platforms and online job boards. Review resumes, identify qualified candidates, and conduct phone screenings. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Create and distribute offer letters while supporting a positive candidate experience. Assist with recruiting administration, internship-related coordination, and corporate functions or intern events as needed.

Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
