Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Onsite Recruiter to join our team during the 2nd shift, dedicated to attracting top talent and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. In this energetic role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, manage high-volume staffing needs, and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to fill critical positions efficiently. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for onsite roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments. Utilize talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS platforms to track applicant flow and maintain accurate records. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and campus recruitment initiatives to attract diverse candidate pools. Conduct high-volume recruiting activities while maintaining a focus on quality candidate experience and employer branding. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on candidate sourcing, and facilitate employee orientation and evaluation processes. Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements related to employment law in talent management and HR sourcing practices. Engage in negotiation with candidates regarding offers, benefits, and employment terms while maintaining positive candidate relations. Support training & development initiatives by identifying talent gaps and assisting in succession planning efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, external recruiting, or high-volume recruitment environments. Strong knowledge of HR systems such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar ATS platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly through relationship management techniques. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, employment law compliance, and talent management strategies. Skilled in candidate sourcing techniques including social media marketing (recruitment), research methods, cold calling, and campus recruitment. Familiarity with technical recruiting for specialized roles is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required to effectively communicate with diverse candidate pools.
