$20.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday We are seeking an energetic and dependable Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our staffing team. This position supports high-volume recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, and general labor positions throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire . Responsibilities Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume positions Conduct phone and in-person interviews Assist applicants through the hiring and onboarding process Coordinate employee placements and start dates Maintain consistent communication with employees and clients Follow up on attendance, assignments, and employee availability Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation Assist with job fairs and other recruiting efforts Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Organized, dependable, and able to take initiative Basic computer and data-entry skills Recruiting or staffing-agency experience preferred

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
