Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various levels and functions to meet organizational staffing needs. Your expertise in candidate sourcing and relationship management will ensure we attract and hire high-quality candidates efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's growth by building a strong, diverse workforce through innovative recruiting strategies and exceptional candidate experience. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and campus recruitment initiatives to identify top talent. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through employment offer. Negotiate employment terms with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice for succession planning and employee development. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and employee relations documentation. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, preferably with high-volume recruitment responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers alike. COATS Experience utilizing social media platforms for recruiting purposes and lead generation strategies to attract diverse candidates. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and relationship management.
