Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for bilingual roles across various departments Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing to manage candidate pipelines efficiently Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), campus recruitment, and cold calling to attract high-quality candidates Conduct HR sourcing activities ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful talent acquisition campaigns Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation processes, and assist with employee relations initiatives Engage in high-volume recruitment efforts, including technical recruiting and executive recruiting, to meet organizational staffing needs Skills Exceptional communication skills in both languages, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence at all levels Strong talent management expertise, including succession planning, training & development, and lead generation techniques Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and external recruiting strategies Proficiency with HR systems such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and Talent management software tools like Talent acquisition platforms Deep understanding of employment law applicable to talent management and HR legal compliance standards Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within high-volume recruitment environments Skilled in relationship management, research techniques, and social media marketing (recruitment) to attract diverse talent pools Knowledge of HR legal compliance requirements related to employment law in talent acquisition processes Join us as a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter if you're passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful careers!
