Job description: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Moreno Valley. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for light industrial, clerical, and skilled positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for light industrial, clerical, and skilled roles. Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability. Manage high-volume staffing needs, filling multiple positions quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of job orders, candidate placements, and client needs. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely submission for temporary staff. Handle injury reports and workers' compensation claims in compliance with company policies. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements. Collaborate with the branch team to meet staffing goals and exceed client expectations. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the hiring and employment processes. Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, resolving issues promptly. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience in high-volume recruiting light industrial positions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
