Per Hour Job Summary:

This role is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational staffing needs. You will conduct in-depth interviews and build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements. The position involves proactively searching for qualified candidates through various channels and managing the recruitment process from initial contact to selection. Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing demands. Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate suitability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Communicate effectively with applicants regarding opportunities and status. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in recruitment software. Experience in high-volume technical recruiting, particularly within the technology sector, is highly preferred.
