•$80,000 (DOE) The Recruiting Manager works in a fast-paced environment supporting client satisfaction, staffing needs, and business growth. The role focuses on Order Fulfillment (60%) , Account Management (20%) , and Account Growth (20%) , working closely with recruiting teams and clients. Account Management & Account Growth Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service. Support revenue and profitability through order fulfillment, retention, redeployment, and account growth. Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, reporting, and performance tracking. Conduct safety walkthroughs and partner with internal safety resources to address concerns and ensure compliance. Pipelining, Recruitment, & Placement Ensure client staffing needs are met through effective recruiting, pipelining, and placement strategies. Partner with Recruiters to source, evaluate, and place qualified candidates efficiently. Build candidate pipelines through ATS tools, job boards, referrals, social media, events, and local outreach. Interview and qualify candidates based on client requirements and safety standards. Approve placements and ensure employees understand job expectations, policies, and timekeeping procedures. Drive redeployment of successful employees to support retention and profitability. Employee & Operational Excellence Maintain ongoing employee relationships through check-ins focused on performance, attendance, safety, and engagement. Support HR decisions including hiring, performance management, leaves, and terminations in compliance with applicable laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date placement and employee data. Stay current on staffing industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience, education, or training. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. B2B and/or Account Management experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, customer service, and time-management skills. Proven ability to meet goals and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to travel locally to client sites with a clean DMV record. #IND123
