Staffing Recruiter Details:

Direct Hire position $23.00 to $25.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift Execute recruiting, onboarding, and service operations to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing needs. Interview, evaluate, and place qualified candidates while maintaining legal compliance and company standards. Complete pre-employment screening, testing, and documentation accurately and efficiently. Build strong relationships with clients and associates through ongoing communication, quality assurance, and issue resolution. Support business growth through candidate marketing, collaboration with sales teams, and effective workforce management, including coaching and disciplinary actions when needed

Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:

Experience in a forward-facing customer service role. Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
