Responsibilities Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) and manage scheduling logistics

Send interview confirmations and organize debrief sessions

Post jobs to internal and external boards and maintain requisition accuracy

Enter and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors)

Build and update reports on recruiting efforts for key stakeholders

Schedule and communicate new hire orientation and onboarding activities

Collaborate with internal teams to support the hiring process

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain candidate confidentiality

Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with talent acquisition projects Qualifications 1 year of previous Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience

Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and employment laws

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules

Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy

Experience supporting recruitment operations or events The estimated salary range for this role is $57,000 - $74,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer. We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time.
