$75,000-$85,000 About the Role We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. This position combines customer support responsibilities with billing and quoting functions. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring invoices and account records are accurate and up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a wide range of positions across North America Partner with Operations leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process Extend offers, facilitate offer negotiations, and support onboarding activities Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified talent Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process Track recruiting activity and support reporting on key performance metrics including time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable U.S. and Canadian employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners Assist with other talent acquisition and HR-related projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or high-volume customer-facing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with sourcing strategies, recruiting best practices, and applicant tracking systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies Ability to analyze recruiting data and identify opportunities for process improvement Preferred Experience Recruiting for operations, manufacturing, transportation, technical, or field-based positions Supporting multi-state or Canadian recruiting initiatives Working within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization Experience utilizing multiple sourcing channels and recruiting platforms Workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy support What We Offer Opportunity to make a direct impact on organizational growth and hiring success Exposure to diverse positions across operations, technical, manufacturing, transportation, and corporate functions Collaborative and supportive work environment Professional growth and development opportunities Ability to partner closely with business leaders across North America Comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation Apply Today If you are passionate about recruiting, building relationships, and helping organizations attract top talent, we'd love to hear from you.
