Monitor recruitment activities and follow up on outstanding items to keep hiring processes moving forward. Serve as a resource for hiring managers and candidates, providing guidance and assistance throughout the process. Collaborate with HR team members to support university recruitment priorities and ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and regulations. Contribute to Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communications, and enhance the overall recruitment experience. Assist with recruitment reporting, data tracking, and hiring metrics. Stay informed about recruitment trends, technology, and best practices. Support recruitment initiatives, special projects, and improvements that strengthen HR service delivery. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technology, or HR information systems. Understanding of employment practices and applicable employment regulations. Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP certification. Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations in a complex organization. Experience with Workday or similar HR technology. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and solve problems proactively. What Will Make You Successful We're looking for someone who brings more than just recruitment knowledge. You'll be successful in this role if you: Take initiative: You anticipate what needs to happen next and follow through without needing constant direction.

You can manage multiple searches, deadlines, and moving pieces without losing sight of the details.
