Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Onsite Recruiter to support staffing operations at a cold storage warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting warehouse employees, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining daily communication with management to ensure staffing needs are met.

PM Responsibilities:
Recruit and screen candidates for warehouse positions, including production line, order pickers, and general laborers. Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations. Coordinate onboarding, employment paperwork, background checks, and new-hire orientations. Monitor attendance, follow up on call-outs, and assist with replacement staffing as needed. Maintain accurate employee records and staffing reports. Communicate daily with warehouse supervisors and management regarding staffing needs. Ensure candidates understand job requirements, work schedules, and cold storage working conditions. Assist with employee concerns and resolve staffing-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
Previous recruiting or staffing experience required; warehouse recruiting experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to work onsite at a cold storage warehouse and adapt to changing staffing needs.

$21.00
