Job Description

Overview The Corporate Recruiter is a full-time exempt position. The individual will lead all aspects of recruiting for all portfolios across all operating locations. The individual will report to the Senior Human Resources Administrator. Responsibilities Interface with Program Directors and Operations Managers/ Directors to define staffing requirements Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and tracking using all available resources Coordinate candidate interviews with Program Directors, Operations Directors, and/or customers Perform compensation evaluation and negotiations with candidates Develops and maintains recruiting policies, procedures, and training materials Maintain awareness of recruiting trends to effectively lead corporate recruiting Develop recruiting strategies that support immediate and long-term staffing needs Contribute to the development and implementation of employee retention initiatives Provide inputs to and manage the corporate recruiting budget Performs other HR duties as assigned Skills and Competencies Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. At least 8 years experience of recruiting experience with highly technical roles in in the aerospace and defense industry. Demonstrated track record in recruiting highly technical cleared professionals across the USA. Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees. Demonstrated experience working as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with Unanet and Deltek Costpoint desired.
