Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter whose primary focus will be proactively identifying and attracting top talent. This is not a traditional recruiter role centered around managing job postings and waiting for applicants. We are looking for an individual who thrives on networking, sourcing, and building candidate pipelines through community engagement, social media outreach, referrals, and personal recruiting networks. Approximately 80% of this role will be dedicated to active candidate sourcing and recruiting, while 20% will involve recruiting coordination and job posting management.

•Our recruiters will conduct/facilitate 1 round interviews with candidates. Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting (80%) Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. We actively source 52 weeks of the year. Attend networking events, career fairs, industry conferences, and community events to identify prospective candidates. Leverage personal and professional networks to generate referrals and leads. Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates who may not be actively searching for new opportunities. Consistently meet recruiting activity and hiring goals. Recruiting Administration & Coordination (20%) Manage job advertisements across job boards and recruiting platforms. Monitor applicant flow and review incoming applications. Maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Assist with reporting, recruiting metrics, and hiring process administration. Ensure job postings remain current, competitive, and aligned with hiring objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to source and recruit candidates through networking and proactive outreach. Strong understanding of social media recruiting and talent sourcing techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable attending community events and representing the organization professionally. Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and produce results. Preferred Characteristics Energetic and outgoing with a passion for networking. Skilled at building relationships and earning trust. Creative in finding talent beyond traditional job boards. Persistent and resourceful when sourcing hard-to-find candidates. Driven by measurable recruiting outcomes and hiring success. 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or candidate sourcing experience preferred.

Compensation :

Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives tied to recruiting results and successful hires. Bonus structure is based on hiring contracts as well as retention metrics. Also comes with medical, dental, and vision.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
